We process payroll on a weekly, fortnightly, or monthly basis across all major payroll platforms including BrightPay, Moneysoft, Sage Payroll, Xero Payroll, and IRIS. Every payroll run includes full PAYE and NIC calculations, student loan deductions, statutory payments (SSP, SMP, SPP), RTI Full Payment Submissions (FPS) and Employer Payment Summaries (EPS) filed with HMRC on or before payment date.
Our team also manages the complete auto-enrolment cycle — assessing employee eligibility, enrolling workers into qualifying pension schemes (NEST, The People's Pension, and others), calculating contributions, and handling postponements and re-enrolment. For construction sector clients, we provide specialist CIS processing including subcontractor verification, monthly CIS returns, and deduction statements. Year-end documentation — P60s, P45s, and P11Ds — is prepared accurately and on time for every employee.
