      AI Bookkeeping & Anomaly Detection

Finzu includes Fin, a built-in AI companion that acts as a continuous bookkeeping controller running silently in the background around the clock. Fin automatically matches batches of bank transactions directly to supplier invoices, closing the ledger without manual intervention. Operational expenses are instantly categorised under the correct reporting groups (software receipts filed under Software & Subscriptions, for example) without anyone lifting a finger. When a major client hasn't paid on time, Fin drafts and issues payment reminders automatically. When a vendor's monthly spend jumps unexpectedly, Fin flags the anomaly the moment it appears, not three weeks later when someone runs a report. The result is a bookkeeping layer that never sleeps, never misses a transaction, and never waits until month end to tell you something has gone wrong. Fin is available as part of the Finzu platform, launching 2026. Register for Beta access at finzu.ai.

    2. Autonomous Real-Time Accounting

      Autonomous Real-Time Accounting

Most accounting platforms are built around a monthly cycle that forces your finance team to scramble at the end of every period. Finzu is built differently. Every transaction posts in real time. Every period is always closed. There is no month end because there is no need for one. Finzu's autonomous accounting architecture eliminates manual journals, timing adjustments and reconciliation entirely. Strict data integrity rules mean the numbers you see on a Tuesday morning are just as reliable as those on the last day of the month. Your books are always accurate, always current, and always ready. For business owners and finance teams, this means decisions can be made on today's numbers — not last month's. For accountants and controllers, it means the hours lost to month-end close can be redirected to higher-value work. Finzu is launching in 2026 and is currently onboarding a select group of Beta testers. Visit finzu.ai to register your interest.

    5. Customer Agents

      Customer Agents

We've launched Customer Agents: AI that automates credit control decisions for each individual customer, rather than applying one fixed workflow to everyone. Traditional software follows rigid sequences (day 3 reminder, day 7 follow-up, day 14 escalation), treating every customer the same. We built Customer Agents differently. You set the rules of engagement — which channels we can use, how persistent to be, what actions we're allowed to take, and where you want a human in the loop. Within those rules, the agent decides the next best action for each customer. Two capabilities are live today: Optimised reminders learn which timing, channel, and cadence combination gets each customer to pay, adapting as new payment data comes in. New customers start on a standard sequence, which we then refine based on what actually works. Automated late fees apply statutory interest and fixed compensation to overdue invoices from the original due date. Payment links update as interest accrues, grace periods give customers a window to pay first, and reconciliation back to your accounting software (like Xero) happens automatically. We also send account statements when a customer goes quiet and retry failed payment methods — each configured once and applied automatically when relevant. Our aim is to remove the admin overhead that's historically stopped businesses enforcing rights like UK statutory late payment interest, in place since 1998. Our approach: you define what good looks like and set the constraints; we handle execution. Next, we're building routing rules to assign new customers to the right agent, and approval flows for sensitive actions.

    6. Digital Novel Assets (DNA)

      Digital Novel Assets (DNA)

Digital Novel Assets (DNA) helps innovative companies identify and capture the value of intellectual property created through R&D, including software, algorithms, technical know-how, processes, designs, products and systems. We assess whether the asset can be clearly defined, evidenced, owned or controlled, reliably costed and linked to future economic benefit. Supporting evidence can be securely archived and digitally timestamped to strengthen verification and protection. It complements R&D tax relief. The claim rewards development cost, DNA captures the asset value created.
