Auditors send requests to banks, customers, suppliers and lawyers, who reply directly on the platform through secure, encrypted links with third-party authentication, preventing fraud, interception and identity spoofing. The workflow covers the full cycle: importing accounting data and automatically selecting relevant third parties, client validation of the list, automated letter design and sending, response tracking with reminders, and summary reports for the audit file. Auditors can manage several clients at once in more than 20 languages.
