The platform says these integrations – with Hammock and Nexus by Landlord Studio – give letting agents a simple way to prepare their landlords for the new digital tax requirements across both the Reapit and PayProp platforms.

Reapit claims that for letting agencies with landlords earning above £50,000 from property or self‑employment, managing MTD compliance will quickly become time‑consuming.

The workload could involve exporting property‑by‑property income and expenses data, and fielding landlord emails and calls preparing for the first filing deadline on August 7 2026.
