Bracket raises $7M Seed to modernise treasury with AI for mid-market finance teams

Bracket has raised a $7M Seed round led by Macquarie and Blackfinch, with follow-on investment from Failup.

The funding will accelerate Bracket’s mission to give mid-market finance teams real-time cash clarity and automated FX risk management, without the cost or complexity of legacy treasury software.

For most mid-market businesses, treasury still means fragmented cash across banks and entities, manual statement chasing, and FX exposure that’s hard to quantify. The tools built for large multinationals are often expensive, slow to implement, and too complex for day-to-day workflows.
