EPM - Senior Consultant
Seeking an Oracle EPM Consultant with 3+ years’ experience and a background in technology, finance, or economics. The role involves designing and implementing Oracle EPM solutions, including Planning, FCCS, PCM, TRCS, EDM, and ARCS, while supporting integrations and core finance processes such as budgeting, forecasting, consolidation, and account reconciliation.
Candidates should have experience across the project lifecycle, including requirements gathering, solution design, development, testing, go-live, and support. Strong communication, documentation, presentation, and stakeholder management skills are essential.
A solid understanding of Essbase (BSO, ASO, Hybrid) and Smart View is required. Experience with EPM Automate, Business Rules, Narrative Reporting, APIs, cloud platforms, or scripting tools is advantageous. The ideal candidate is collaborative, resilient, client-focused, and committed to delivering successful outcomes.
Background & Experience
Degree in Technology, Finance, or Economics, with 3+ years' Oracle EPM consulting or development experience across Planning, FCCS, PCM, TRCS, EDM, ARCS, or related on-premise solutions. Experience with EPM integrations and data management is required. Qualified or part-qualified accountants, or finance professionals with expertise in budgeting, forecasting, consolidation, tax, or reconciliation processes, are also welcome. Oracle EPM certifications, finance/tax accounting knowledge, and Narrative Reporting experience are advantageous.
Communication Skills
Strong presentation, documentation, and stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to communicate complex concepts to both technical and business audiences. Capable of producing clear documentation, delivering knowledge transfer sessions, creating effective presentations, and building productive client relationships. French language skills are beneficial.
Project Delivery
Experience contributing to at least one end-to-end project through go-live, including requirements gathering, design, development, testing, and support. Able to lead workstreams, identify risks, challenge approaches constructively, and collaborate effectively within delivery teams.
Technical Skills
Strong understanding of Essbase architectures (BSO, ASO, Hybrid) and Smart View. Experience with Business Rules, EPM Automate, VBA, Python, or other scripting tools is preferred. Additional experience with Groovy, REST APIs, Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC), Oracle Data Integrator (ODI), and cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, or OCI is desirable.
