Products & services

Digital Novel Assets (DNA)
Digital Novel Assets (DNA) helps innovative companies identify and capture the value of intellectual property created through R&D, including software, algorithms, technical know-how, processes, designs, products and systems. We assess whether the asset can be clearly defined, evidenced, owned or controlled, reliably costed and linked to future economic benefit. Supporting evidence can be securely archived and digitally timestamped to strengthen verification and protection. It complements R&D tax relief. The claim rewards development cost, DNA captures the asset value created.

R&D Tax Credits
RD-TCC helps businesses identify, prepare and defend robust R&D tax relief claims. We work alongside accountants as a specialist technical partner, helping their clients access legitimate relief while reducing compliance risk and internal workload. Our evidence-led service covers technical eligibility, project scoping, qualifying costs, claim calculations, supporting reports and submission requirements. Compliance is built into every stage, with claims assessed against HMRC guidance and prepared to withstand scrutiny rather than simply maximise value. HMRC enquiry support is included as part of the service, giving clients and their accountants continuity from initial assessment through to claim submission and, where required, defence.

Patent Box Regime
RD-TCC helps businesses assess, prepare and maximise compliant Patent Box claims, allowing qualifying profits from patented inventions to benefit from an effective 10% Corporation Tax rate. We work alongside accountants as a specialist technical and tax partner, reducing complexity and internal workload. Our service covers eligibility, Patent Box elections, qualifying IP income, profit streaming, routine returns, marketing asset returns, nexus calculations and the Patent Box deduction. Compliance is built into every stage, with calculations linked to the company’s qualifying development activity and supporting evidence. Where an innovation may be patentable, we can scope the invention and prepare a technical report for a patent attorney. Once the patent is granted, we support the claim, including eligible profits generated while the application was pending.

Grant Services
RD-TCC helps businesses identify suitable grant opportunities and prepare competitive, compliant applications for innovation, growth and expansion projects. We work alongside accountants as a specialist funding partner, helping their clients access non-dilutive finance while reducing research and application workload. Our service covers project assessment, funding landscape reviews, opportunity selection, skills-gap analysis, consortium or partner recruitment, application drafting, budgets and supporting documentation. Each submission is tailored to the funder’s objectives, eligibility rules and assessment criteria. Where funding is awarded, we also support clients through contract negotiations, project set-up and administration with the awarding body, providing continuity from initial opportunity assessment through to grant commencement.
