About us

FigsFlow is a practice management platform built by accountants, for accountants. It runs your whole firm from one place — from the first enquiry, through onboarding and compliance, into the day-to-day work, timesheets and job management, the client portal, and on to getting paid. One client record, captured once at the enquiry and carried all the way through, so nothing is rekeyed and nothing slips between systems.

Onboarding and AML, in one connected flow. In most firms, taking on a client means juggling half a dozen tools — a proposal in Word, pricing in a spreadsheet, an engagement letter emailed as a PDF, AML checks in a separate app, signatures chased by phone. Every handoff adds delay and another chance for something to slip. FigsFlow brings it into a single flow: proposals, pricing, engagement letters and AML, with compliance built in rather than bolted on. You build a professional proposal in about a minute, the client accepts and signs, identity and risk checks run as part of the flow, and the moment they're onboarded the jobs, deadlines and client record create themselves. Proposals in around 60 seconds, six pricing models, and more than 100 engagement-letter templates aligned to the major UK professional bodies.

Running the work. Onboarding is only the front door — inside, FigsFlow runs the practice. A daily dashboard puts each person's jobs, priorities and deadlines in front of them, so work doesn't wait for someone to go looking for it. Jobs break down into tasks and sub-tasks along your own workflows, and timesheets and capacity planning show who's working on what and where the pressure is building. Companies House and HMRC deadlines are tracked automatically, so filing dates never creep up on you. It's the difference between software that wins you a client and software that helps you get the work out of the door.

Clients, documents and getting paid. Every client gets their own portal and a mobile app for document requests, approvals, e-signatures and messages, so the endless chasing of paperwork largely disappears. Documents, emails and templates sit alongside the client record, with Microsoft 365 and SharePoint built in. When it's time to be paid, FigsFlow collects on signature through Stripe, GoCardless and AdFin, and syncs invoicing with Xero and QuickBooks. And an AI assistant takes on the admin and drafts the routine work — pulling information together, preparing the first version — while your team reviews and approves, rather than starting from a blank page.

The point isn't any single feature. It's that all of it — winning the client, onboarding them, doing the work, keeping them informed, getting paid — sits on one platform, so the details captured at the very start follow the client through every stage, and no work goes missing in the gaps between apps.

Built by accountants. FigsFlow is built and run by a working UK accountancy practice, not a software company guessing at what firms need. Every workflow started life as a real problem in a real office, which is why it fits the way accountants actually work, instead of asking you to bend around the software.
Who it's for. Accountancy and tax practices of any size that want to onboard clients faster, keep compliance tight, and run the whole firm without stitching together a shelf of separate apps.

Come and see it. We're on stand G69 at the Digital Accountancy Show, ExCeL London, 7–8 October 2026. Stop by and we'll run a full client onboarding live — proposal to signed, AML and all — then show you how the rest of your practice runs inside FigsFlow, from enquiry through the work to the client portal and payment. You can book a demo any time at figsflow.com/book-demo.
