C&J are a boutique NetSuite Solution Provider with over 50 years of combined ERP experience between us, built on people first solutions and solutions rooted in change management. Founded by Chris Duffy and John Bell, two finance and delivery specialists who've spent their careers on both sides of the ERP table, C&J exists because too many organisations end up with a NetSuite system that underdelivers, and more often than not this happens because of the people involved, not the system. Up to 75% of ERP implementations fail, we are here to change that.

We also offer NetSuite training for teams with NetSuite but do not know how to use it day to day. We are UK based and offer On-Site or remote training. With our people first methodology we deliver world class training that sticks.

We offer complete support and advice from initial discovery phase to implementation and beyond. We are there with you every single step of the way. We help with board ready pitches, selecting the perfect ERP for your business and everything in between. You get Direct access to our founders Chris and John throughout the consultancy process.
Managed Service and Continual Improvement
We offer a managed NetSuite and continual improvement service. This means we remain on hand for any issues you may have with NetSuite as well as being there to help adjust NetSuite for you as your business changes. We also work on constantly improving NetSuite when Oracle release updates.
NetSuite Optimisation
We optimise and recover NetSuite projects that are not working how they should. This service is for businesses that already have NetSuite but want to use it to its full capability.
