C&J ERP Consulting is heading to the Digital Accountancy Show, and you'll find us on Stand A12.

C&J are a boutique NetSuite Solution Provider with over 50 years of combined ERP experience between us, built on people first solutions and solutions rooted in change management. Founded by Chris Duffy and John Bell, two finance and delivery specialists who've spent their careers on both sides of the ERP table, C&J exists because too many organisations end up with a NetSuite system that underdelivers, and more often than not this happens because of the people involved, not the system. Up to 75% of ERP implementations fail, we are here to change that.

Our main offering is NetSuite implementation for growing mid-market businesses. Businesses that are starting to outgrow their manual systems. Where month close is taking 2x longer than it should. Finance teams that are buried in work that could be automated. Maybe you have recently completed an acquisition or expanded overseas. We want to help you put the systems in place so that your business can keep growing at pace. With any implementation we take on our approach is always to be people first, having the people who will be using the technology involved at every stage of the process. This is to help make sure everyone is bought in on day one.

Optimisation. Many of the businesses we speak to already have NetSuite live but aren't using it to its full potential. We run health checks that identify exactly where a system is falling short, then optimise it so clients get the maximum value from the platform they're already paying for. This is often because aspects of NetSuite have not been configured properly by the original vendor. At C&J we help businesses get the most out of NetSuite.

Rescue and Recovery. For the implementations that have stalled, gone over budget, or simply aren't working, our Rescue and Recovery service gets projects back on track. It could be because people have not bought in to the new technology. This could mean that there is still lots of manual work being done which could be automated. Hours or even days wasted every month despite paying for technology which is designed to help that.
