Active Accounts (Ledger & Reporting)
Active allows firms to produce fully compliant statutory accounts directly within the platform. You can generate iXBRL-tagged accounts that are ready to file with Companies House, without needing to export data into a separate system. Reports are built from the same connected dataset used across workpapers and accounts, ensuring consistency from start to finish. Because everything is connected, updates made during the accounts stage can flow back through to the underlying data where required, reducing rework and keeping records aligned.
Active Data
For enterprise firms with established data teams, the Data Lake provides secure, governed access to your firm’s raw Active Platform data; including activity data, client and engagement metadata, user profiles, financial summaries, and workflow state data. Delivered to a dedicated Azure storage container, it connects directly to Power BI or your preferred analytics tools. Data is refreshed nightly, giving your team a reliable, structured foundation for custom dashboards, KPI tracking, and firm-wide performance reporting across offices and practice areas.
