AccountKit's plans, tools & integrations
COMPLIANCE PLAN - These are advanced accounting tools that support the compliance function; Great for standardising and automating entries ready for year end tax work and ongoing management reporting.
- Inter-Entity Loan tool - Link up multiple Xero orgs across a group and automate the reconciliation process including auto-match and bulk coding of transactions between Xero files via journal.
- Equipment Finance - Build finance schedules and automatically post purchase, non-current/current assignments and interest journals direct into Xero.
- Account Reconciler - Reconcile any non-bank account from Xero with the ability to link verifications, post adjustments and click direct through to Xero.
- Amortisation Scheduler - Build schedules that amortise a value (like a prepayment) over a defined set of periods, which then post the applicable entries direct into Xero.
- Franking Account Reconciler - Utilise this tool to track imputation credits for private companies.
- Client Maps - Utilising your data you can build business structure diagrams for your clients and team or map out software utilised or anything that you'd like to represent visually.
- Basic workflow including custom work types and flow types, your daily plan and projects dashboards and XPM timesheet integration. You also have the ability to create custom views to view the information important to you across list, kanban and timeline views.
- Basic document management with no e-signing.
PROFESSIONAL TIER - This includes ALL of the Compliance Tier, but expands the functionality to a light CRM.

- Correspondence register for client notes about meetings, phone calls, emails, adhoc notes including a gmail and outlook addon and templates.
- Professional development register for tracking any training completed by your team including a place to save any notes taken + linked back to source notes in your document management.
- Important Items Register is where you can track anything important that would normally sit inside a spreadsheet; It's a place for trust deeds, wills, land title certificates, laptops, swipe cards and where relevant, it's linked back to a source document in your document management.

PRACTICE TIER
- Advanced workflow becomes available here extending functionality to complex repeating template functionality (with custom items per client) and email connection.
- The Knowledge Centre is a central place to keep all of your policies and processes which you can link back to your workflow task templates.
- Advanced permissions enables you to tightly control who can see what data by locking down visibility and edit rights across tools and client data. For example, the partners private information or a client with highly sensitive information.
INTEGRATIONS
- Document management through your chosen provider (eg. Sharepoint, GoogleDrive, Box, Dropbox, Suitefiles, FYI). Includes drag and drop, bulk folder creation from templates; document templates; Renaming of files; Editing of PDFs; Editing of Microsoft documents direct.
- E-signing through your favourite provider such as FuseSign or Annature including a dashboard for tracking AND auto-filing of documents upon completion of signing.
- Gmail & Outlook addons enabling saving / sending of data from AccountKit and any attached document management. Also provides information about your client, workflow and documents without leaving your email.
OTHER FUNCTIONALITY
- Guest access - guests can take the form of client solicitors or bookkeepers, or even clients themselves. You control what they can see and edit across most areas of AccountKit.

Workflow

Inter-entity Loan
Reconcile inter-entity loans in minutes not hours by matching data direct across multiple Xero files then bulk coding the remaining transactions in real time. This is the founder of AccountKits favourite tool!

Equipment Finance
Build schedules from finance contracts, then automate the posting of interest and (optionally) current/non-current splits over the duration of the schedule. Streamline, standardise and create visibility across all schedules across your practice.

Client Maps
We all know that clients rarely understand the business structures we put in place for them and there's usually a learning gap with our team as they seek to understand new family groups they're introduced to. Utilising the client map tool we can build business structure diagrams to educate your client and your team and use them as a starting point for future restructure advice. The client mapping tool can also be used for building process maps and software maps, all vital elements when consulting with our team and clients.
